Adopt a Euro-Kid Program
Euro-Pēds intensive therapy should not be cost-prohibitive for children who need it. With this in mind, the North Oakland Foundation, an independent nonprofit charity, has established the “Adopt a Euro-Kid” Program. (Click here to download Adopt A Euro-Kid scholarship application.) This program allows donors to make dedicated contributions for care at Euro-Pēds. Donors can make a general donation that could benefit any child or a donation specific to an individual child (into their named account).
Led by a dynamic group of business, medical, civic and community leaders, the North Oakland Foundation has supported Euro-Pēds since its founding in 1999, when it helped fund the initial build out of the Euro-Pēds clinic. The Foundation has also assisted with a number of targeted grants. Its goal is to help underinsured children get the Euro-Pēds therapy they need. However, the North Oakland Foundation needs your help and donation in order to make the program work.
For more information on how you can make a financial contribution or to offer other assistance to Euro-Pēds, please contact the Foundation at 248-857-7096, foundation-|-at-|-dhofm-|-dot-|-com, or their web site.
The North Oakland Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, tax ID # 38-3274696, and all donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. All donors receive an end-of-year statement and explanation of tax deductibility each January. Please contact your tax advisor for additional information.
