Euro-Pēds is accepting applications from prospective employees who have good communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and a passion for working with children and young adults with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular disorders. Applicants must be professional at all times and demonstrate strong work ethic.
This Intensive Physical Therapy program is known throughout the U.S., drawing patients from all states and other countries. There are full time, part time, and contingent positions available in the following areas:
- Physical Therapy Aide (PT Aide) – In addition to the above, minimum qualifications include a high school diploma. It is strongly recommended that the applicant have previous experience working with children and/or those having disabilities. The PT Aides help the PTAs and PTs during treatment with hands-on assistance as well as motivating the patients. They also maintain the clinic by disinfecting equipment, stocking rooms, organizing storage, etc. Light office duties are also performed occasionally. PT Aides need to be energetic, out-going, and creative to succeed in this dynamic entry-level position.
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – In addition to the above, minimum qualifications include an Associates of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant. Training will be provided upon hire in the Intensive European Approach.
- Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – In addition to the above, minimum qualifications include a Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Training will be provided upon hire in the Intensive European Approach.
